AutoPress-30 Automatic Hot Mounting Press
AutoPress-30 is automatic single head mounting press with advanced hydraulic water-cooling system. The whole process of inlaying is controlled by program, realizing one button operation of the process of heating, loading, holding, cooling and unloading. It adopts the touch screen, easy for operation and no need for operation personnel on duty, automatically complete the sample inlaying. You can optionally choose one of Φ22mm, Φ30mm, Φ45mm three mold specifications and do inlaying to meet the different requirements. It has solidified the inlaying program, the parameter can be saved, especially suitable for thermosetting materials, such as urea-formaldehyde molding powder and phenolic powder materials. Using this machine makes your sample preparation work more easily and more labor-saving and the inlaying quality better and more stable.
